3, 4, 5, 6 and 3,4,5,6, are that they all are in order from 3 to 6, and they all are 1 digit.
For the number of edges, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 9,12,15,18, the similarities are that they all are above the number 6 , that's pretty much it.

For number of vertices 4,5,6,7 and 6,8,10,12, the similarities are that they all are above the number 4,and most of the numbers are 1 digit.
You can not make a rectangular prism because you will have to have bigger toothpicks. Or because if you used 2 toothpicks for the length, and put an extra toothpick for the middle of them both, it will change the answer of the vertices, and the edge numbers.
