A NET is composed of the shapes which make up the faces of the 3D solid. The pieces of the NET must be connected in such a way that it could be folded up into the 3D solid.
Step 1: NET Construction
a) For each of the eight shapes you constructed yesterday, create a NET using the polyhedron pieces.
b) Photograph each net. Post the pictures to the blog and for each, list how many faces, vertices and edges.
Step 2: NET Configurations
a) Choose two nets (one pyramid net and one prism net) see how many configurations you can create. Draw the configurations of the net in your notebook and draw the assembled prism next to it.
