Body Angles!

1. Plans: use stick figures to plan 4 individual poses, 2 group poses, and 2 zoomed frames. Your poses should try to show acute, obtuse, and right angles (Grade 6s should also try to show reflex angles)

2. Use Photobooth to capture your poses and import your pictures into a Smart Notebook file. SAVE this file in the Student Share folder of Dropbox.

3. On Smart Notebook, use the line tool to highlight any angles you see in the poses. Use bright colours so that the angles stand out from the background.

4. Use the digital protractor to measure the angles.

5. Write the measure of each angle. Place the next picture on a new page and repeat.

GRADE 6s ONLY: You are also required to mark and measure the adjacent reflex angles from each angle you measure. Take a look at the "Grade 6 Example" to see how your final product will look different.
